Hello, my name is Matt and I am currently working as a Content Designer at Standing Stone Games on Lord of the Rings Online as well as the sole developer and Founder of Waystone Interactive developing “Necromancer’s Bargain,” a single-player real time strategy adventure game.
Previously I worked as a World Building Systems Designer at 343 Industries on Halo: The Master Chief Collection and other publishing team titles.

What I did: Designer on the PC versions of all titles as well as Halo Reach for Xbox. Work includes level design on new multiplayer maps, adding new features to improve the single player experience, designing new UI and UX, and designing/managing sustain features such as challenges, seasons, weekly multiplayer playlist updates, player customization, and player progression. Additionally I support the art team when needed.

What I did: I started as a multiplayer test lead and transitioned into a designer position. As a designer I made a variety of balance changes across all modes, solo built and released a new multiplayer level, created new leader abilities, and new game modes. Additionally I handled sustain for the title including new seasons and multiplayer playlists.
