I am an experienced game designer currently working as a Content Designer at Standing Stone Games on The Lord of the Rings Online, as well as the Founder of Waystone Interactive, where I am actively developing solo indie game projects.

Previously, I worked as a World Building Systems Designer at 343 Industries on Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Halo Wars 2, and other titles under the publishing team.

What I did: Designer on the PC versions of all titles as well as Halo Reach for Xbox. Work includes level design on new multiplayer maps, adding new features to improve the single player experience, designing new UI and UX, and designing/managing sustain features such as challenges, seasons, weekly multiplayer playlist updates, player customization, and player progression. Additionally I supported the art team when needed.

What I did: I started as a multiplayer test lead and transitioned into a designer position. As a designer I made a variety of balance changes across all modes, solo built and released a new multiplayer level, created new leader abilities, and new game modes. Additionally I handled sustain for the title including new seasons and multiplayer playlists.

What I do: Content designer and area owner for multiple zones in the game. Work includes narrative design for questlines, designing and implementing instanced spaces with boss encounters (including balance and mechanics), and creating repeatable mission scenarios and group content areas for end-game open world gameplay.
