I am a game designer living in the Seattle Area with my experience primarily being in FPS and RTS games as well as a background in 3D environment art. I am currently working as the Founder and Sole Developer of “Necromancer’s Bargain” at Waystone Interactive.
Previously I worked as a World Building Systems Designer at 343 Industries on the Publishing Team ( Halo: The Master Chief Collection and other titles ).
I started my career in the industry in QA at Microsoft on Project Spark, from there I worked on several other projects for short times including Halo 5 : Guardians and Gears of War 4. I continued in QA until I took a role as the Multiplayer/Firefight test lead for Halo Wars 2, where ultimately my role shifted into balance and combat design. I then widened my design duties on MCC and included doing level design, UI, progression, challenges, and sustain.
I specialize in balance and combat design where I excel in making things feel unique in their roles intended within the game. I am proficient in learning new tools on the job, collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines, and adjusting my role for the needs of the team.
